Click the "Start a conversation" feature when logged into www.bibank.com or look for the "Conversation" feature in Sync mobile app and you will be connected to Customer Service.
How to Start a Conversation.
Simply login to your account and click the “Conversations” feature to get started.
Enter in your question or state a request and you will be connected with the next available Customer Service Representative.
Attach a photo or image from your phone.
Attach a file (document, image or .pdf) to share with Customer Service.
View and attach a specific transaction while in Conversations.
