Bank Independent will begin end-of-year processing after closing Saturday, December 30, 2023 at Noon.
We´d like for you to be aware of some important temporary limitations that may affect your banking as we complete this process:
Over the weekend, please expect:
- Limited availability of Online, Mobile, and Telephone Banking.
- Delayed availability of funds deposited after 8:00 p.m. CST Friday, December 29, 2023.
- Balances reflected in Sync Mobile & Online Banking and Telephone Banking will be your balance as of 8:00 p.m. on Friday, December 29, 2023.
We expect processing to be complete on Sunday evening, December 31, 2023. At that time all digital banking tools will be available and will reflect up-to-date information.
To keep an accurate balance and avoid inadvertent overspending during this end-of-year processing, we recommend that you log all transactions.

Sales Offices and Customer Service will be open until 12:00 p.m. CST on Saturday, December 30, 2023.
All locations will be closed on Monday, January 1, 2024, in observance of New Year's Day.
